EPCI OFFSHORE EQUIPMENT DELIVERY
Pan Ocean Aquaculture is the only company in the world that offers a one-stop shop for ready-to-operate large grow-out facilities.
Designed around POA’s worldwide patented technology for the Semi Submersible Fish Farm (SSFF), POA provides turnkey EPCI delivery solutions for the aquaculture industry.

Engineering tailoring the SSFF for local environmental conditions, species to be farmed and operational farming procedures.

Together with specialized subcontracted fabricators, POA procures and constructs the SSFF meeting project demands.

Once construction of an SSFF is completed, POA integrates transport and offshore installation at the SSFF final location for operation. Upon completion of commissioning, the unit is handed over to client.
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Once installed and commissioned, POA offers the client Operation & Maintenance service for the SSFF.

Operations relate to all marine operations of the unit. The unit is controlled by the offshore installation manager (OIM) to operate its marine systems such as ballasting and trim, power management, auxiliary equipment (feed pumps and distribution, sensors, etc).

As the unit will be offshore for an extended period of time and classed by ABS as non dry-docking unit, all maintenance will be done offshore. POA manages and executes all maintenance along with spare-part management, distribution and installation.
VERTICALLY INTEGRATED PROJECTS
In unique cases, POA develops vertically integrated projects covering onshore and offshore facilities and operations.
For specific opportunities or requests, POA integrates the entire offshore aquaculture development along with the onshore facilities. For this purpose POA works together with partners for the commercial and financial development of the project.
